Re-schedule, Cancellation & refund policies

Re-schudule

 1. If the passenger requests to reschedule the ticket before 1 day (24 hours) of the flight time, then no charge will be applicable.
2. If the passenger requests to reschedule the ticket on the day of flight date but before 1 hour of the flight time, then 33.33 % on the base fare will be charged as reschedule charge.
3. If the passenger requests for rescheduling of the ticket within check-in hours i.e. within 1 hour of flight departure time, the request will not be considered and it would be deemed as “No Show” i.e. non-refundable

Cancellation/Refund

1. If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket before 1 day (24 Hours) of the flight time, the Airlines shall charge and deduct 10 % on base fare, and rest of the amount will be refunded. For example- If flight date is on 24 July 2014, and passenger cancels on 23 July 2014 or earlier, then cancellation charge will be 10 % on base fare and rest will be refunded.
2. If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket on the day of flight date but before 1 hour of the flight time, the Airlines shall charge and deduct 33.33 % on base fare as cancellation charge, and rest of the amount will be refunded. For example- If flight date is on 24 July 2014 and flight departure time is 11:00 AM, if passenger cancels on 24 July 2014, either at 10:00 AM or earlier, then cancellation charge will be 33.33% on base fare and rest will be refunded.
3. If the passenger requests to cancel the ticket within check-in hours i.e. within 1 hour of flight departure time, the request will not be considered and it would be deemed as “No Show” i.e. non-refundable. For example – If flight departure time is 01:00 PM on 24 July 2014 and passenger cancels the ticket at 12:15 PM on 24 July 2014, then ticket will be considered as “No Show” and thus, non- refundable.
